Last month I was a week or so late, this month I'm a day early! Score 1 for this SAHM!
Our baby is 5 months! He is more and more amazing everyday. Here's what he's up to...
- Still fascinated by Buckley- follows him wherever he goes
- Still a rolling, although prefers being lazy on his back
- Still fighting nap time. Like his dad he needs to be on the move CONSTANTLY
- Maybe teething? Maybe growing? Can get super fussy, gets super hungry before bedtime, hands or whatever is always in his mouth, and super slobbery. (Super is the key word of this blog post, my adjectives (adverb?) (none of the above?) are failing)
- Is SO SO SO close to sitting on his own. Can waiver there for about 30 seconds until he falls to one side or the other.
- New playtime activity is his exersaucer. Still figuring it out, but loves slobbering over everything
- Reaches and grabs for objects. Especially my cell phone (kids these days...) and drinks.
- Prefers momma (hooray!), but still loves daddy. Pretty much it goes like this.... Buckley>Mommy>Daddy>Other People. True. Buckley beats mommy. Daddy can stop Lincoln from crying more than other people, Mommy can stop Lincoln from crying when Daddy can't and Buckley can stop ALL crying. Dogs rule.
- Is in size 3-6 clothes minus pant length... still 3 months.
Other news is he finally met his Nana and Papa who came and visited for a week. We got to do a lot of hanging out and Lincoln got spoiled with lots of love and gifts from them. We went to Walla Walla for a day, the mall on another, and just hung out in beautiful 60-70 degree weather!
