22 Weeks and Nursery Update

Well I'm 23 weeks today! Baby Boy is the size of a grapefruit! And boy he is a kicker and a mover!  We put up the crib and thanks to Pinterest made an amazing main feature.

It finally happened people....

Baby Boy is 20 Weeks

Told you I'd get the 20 weeks pictures up... But before I do just an update, Andy and I went to Bend OR this past weekend.  Andy did a trail half marathon in which he did really well especially with little sleep because of our camping companion Buckley who instead of sleeping, growled and mumbled the whole night.  I experienced what it's like to be a pregnant lady in 80 degree sunny weather... So not used to feeling like I'm going to pass out in the sun because usually it hardly ever effects me and quite embarrassing around people who just ran 13.1 miles and I just walked to the race from the car... We explored the town of Bend a little bit and went into a lava cave (which was a nice cool off location).  We just took an extended weekend trip but really enjoyed the town and especially enjoyed a nice breakfast at a cute little cottage restaurant before we left to go home.  Now for your favorite part... the pictures!

Buckley's Big Announcement

As you could see from the previous post, Andy and I had our 20 week ultrasound on Wednesday and found out we're having a baby BOY!  We're super happy about this and can't wait to meet our little man!  The doc said everything looked great and our boy has good measurements and looks to be super healthy.  He also said that normally he can't say with 100% certainty the gender of the baby, but with ours he can say with 100% certainty that this is a boy.  To quote him directly "It could only be clearer if he was holding it".  We can't wait to meet him sometime in October. Even though it was just yesterday my excitement for our baby has risen dramatically because it finally seems more real and I can use "he" instead of "he or she" all the time!
So I know I'm finishing 20 weeks, but here's week 19, baby is the size of a mango.  Week 20 pictures coming sometime in week 21 =)
